Well, I mean, yeah, that ''condition'' is technically on the submission guidelines (find it here, btw: https://www.newgrounds.com/wiki/help-information/terms-of-use/game-guidelines <- that's the one about games), I think that there's some kind of ''legal loophole'' inside of those guidelines that allows the creators to publish a demo of their games (mostly, if they're gonna be submitted for trying to participate in a Jam, wich games are supposed to be made quickly, and perhaps messy, but as good as possible too), so... don't feel scared to upload it. Give it a try. And, in case that a mod (or a staff member in general) gives you an advice or a warning about it, listen to it and just... delete it (or do whatever it says to you), alright? What do you mean that Newgrounds doesn't let you upload your "demo" game? There are plenty game demos's out there. No offense, but what have just said here is nonsense. There has to be another problem asides from the demo itself. Does the website page gives you an error when you try to submit it or something like that?

no, no, it's just that a condition of newgrounds to publish a game is that it not be a "demo" if it lets me publish it. What scares me is that you will delete it or ban it for being a demo, because it is already short which is from a jam. that's it. (sorry for the confusion)
